Home Buyers Seminar

Come join us tomorrow evening from 5:30 pm til at Bluewater Grill just over the drawbridge on Wrightsville Beach where we will be holding a Home Buyer Seminar on the top floor.  Prime Lending and EXIT Coastal Connection Realty will be sponsoring this event to help inform Buyers what is going on in this market with loan programs, interest rates, tax credits, affordable housing, foreclosures, etc.

If you are on the fence, not sure if you should hold out for lower interest rates, lower home prices or if it is the time to buy, come to this seminar.  We will provide food, non alcoholic beverages and advice on the current market.
