Interesting. I guess this would be like my timeshare in Hawaii, but more expensive. It would appear it's a house that's now a "condo" and you can buy a portion of it?
I'd be interested to know how you do the condo docs for something like this? What do you do if one owner is a challenge or caused major damage?
