I began doing real estate just over 2 years ago and I've been told that I got in at the wrong time. I'm tired of all the negativity on the news in regards to the economic status of the country and the declining housing market. Personally, I'm ready to change my current financial situation. I've created a group where we can coach each other. What we are doing is setting a goal of "100 Days to Change". I've got the support of other real estate professionals who want CHANGE too. What we are going to do are various proactive activities which will propel our business. Every day I will reach out to individuals in my group and provide direction. By working as a group I believe that we can provide support to each other and coach ourselves to CHANGE. That's the attitude to have Paul. Up here everyone is retiring to where you are. We have to come down there and see what all the fuss is about. You get a lot of bang for your buck there from what we hear. The downside with working the retirement and coastal sales is all of the Realtors that move there to work and play.
Change is good! We are working at publicizing the good things changing here in southeast MA. We have a movie studio being built! Hollywood East!
Are you going to post these ideas on this site? I would be interested in what you are doing and your ideas. I think our region will be one of the first to recover because people do want to live in this part of the US.
